How do you pack the disc when you ship
to me?
All orders are shipped in a plain box or envelope. No mention of its
contents appears on the box. For our return address we use initials receive the
same level of privacy.
There is no sign, no label, no cover and no trade mark; so no one would really
know what actually inside. All International orders have special way of
packaging.
1) DVD, or
CD will be taken out from the juke case. No juke case will be
shipped.
2) Each DVD or CD will put in to a CD
envelope to make the package look as thin like document, and also it
protects from scratch. Of course if the order has only one or two
disk, we will insert a card board to prevent damage of the disk.
3) All international orders will have
double layer wrapping the disk.
4) We will use a different name on the
return address of the shipping label for your privacy.

How long will I receive my order?
International orders are
shipped via US Postal Service Air Mail. Customer will receive notification
within 24 hrs to confirm total order amount. Most non-America orders will
arrive in 7-10 business days. Cases are not provided for International orders
for the sole purpose of getting through customs inspection.
Domestic Orders are
shipping by U.S. Priority Mail or UPS. It usually arrives within 2-4 business
days.
**Note** All orders
over $150.00 of purchase are free worldwide.

all DVD, VCD Section are not "bootlegged" copy. All of our
products are imported from Japan,
Taiwan and Hong
Kong. We offer you the ORIGINAL COPY of the DVD & VCD. All the
DVD and VCD will ship with the ORIGINAL jacket covers image. This is our
guarantee to you.

Exchange Policy
If
product you received is defective or can not be played, we will exchange it for
the same title. You must first email us to get an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization). RMA number must be written outside the package
before you send it back to us. Please provide us the following information in
